NEW Patient Portal

              For visits on or after January 12, 2026, use our new and improved

              portal (no password required!) to access:

                       * Imaging reports

                       * Check-in forms,

                       * Pending orders and upcoming appointments.

           Please note that images are not viewable in the portal currently. If you

           need image access, please fill out the request form.
